Adding a unique dimension to the evening, Manasthali’s Wellness Studio Special – MAYA (Music-Art-Yoga-Awareness), led by Dr. Shambhavi Das, will offer an immersive session integrating music, art, and yoga to promote holistic well-being.

Speaking about the event, Dr. Jyoti Kapoor emphasized the need for a unified approach in addressing the unique challenges women face in healthcare.

“MannShakti is about standing together, empowering each other, and taking actionable steps to improve women’s mental and physical well-being in professional and personal spheres. This is an initiative about women empowering other women while embracing womanhood as a cherished aspect of creation in our own mental world. We take pride in our femininity and our special feminine characteristics—not to compete with men in physical capabilities but to complement them for mutual growth and evolution. This initiative invites all women to celebrate womanhood not just as a metaphor for beauty and love but also as a harbinger of growth and transformation.”

The evening promises an enriching exchange of ideas, shared experiences, and a collective commitment to fostering a healthier, more supportive environment for women in the medical field.
